Peter Meredith is an accomplished business broker with a rare combination of large-scale business ownership and professional brokerage experience. Originally from Toronto, Canada, he began his career in the retail jewellery industry before completing a Commerce Degree at McMaster University and moving into commercial real estate, where he spent eight years and obtained his Commercial Real Estate Broker’s Licence.

In 1995, Peter relocated to Australia and co-founded his first Domino’s Pizza store in Newcastle. Over the next 20 years, he grew the business to 13 stores employing more than 400 staff across Sydney and Newcastle. With more than 25 years as an owner-operator in the QSR and franchise sector, he gained deep expertise in operations, scaling, profitability, and exit strategy, ultimately selling his Domino’s group after sustained growth.

For the past four years, Peter has specialised in business brokerage, advising buyers and sellers across hospitality, franchise, retail, training, and service businesses. Holding licences in Real Estate and Business Brokerage, he is known for his practical insight, strong negotiation skills, and owner-focused approach to achieving successful outcomes.
