Boutique Gymnasium – Boxing – Strength Training – UBX – ( call it You Box) – is a growing boxing concept-gym offering a non-contact full body workout in under 45 minutes, based on a unique mix of boxing and strength training. Get fit, lose weight and have fun, UBX differs from a regular metal gym, a more ‘social human fun and successful’ way to train on a ‘arrive when you want’ timetable. Currently UBX are the only boxing gyms like this in Canberra. – Convenient and flexible the UBX offer means unlimited training, coaching and support. Each UBX gym has its own team of coaches who design and individualise workouts for members, adapting exercises and non-contact boxing (bag work, pad work) and strength training, usually across 12 rounds of variety, to suit client skill levels and fitness.
